The house is located in the center of the city, 300m from the National Congress. It is 100m from the Metro Subway (built in 1913, it is almost the only left in the world to use its original cars). There are 3 grocery stores nearby (none more than 100m from the house), equal to a large Shopping Center.

Ricardo Rojas; Complejo La Plaza), theaters, Universitys (UBA, Universidad de la Marina Mercante, Universidad Kennedy, Flacso, CAESE, Universidad Del Salvador),  Foundations (Friedrich Naumann, KAS, Friedrich Ebert, Poder Ciudadano, CELS), etc., as well as to important museums and cinemas. All this is within walking-distance from the house.
